To solve the carton damage issue you reported before, our factory has been equipped with professional box compression testing equipment.
From now on, every batch of incoming corrugated cardboard will go through compression & bending strength tests before warehousing with complete test records. Any unqualified cardboard will be rejected and not used for production.
We control carton hardness and load-bearing capacity from the source to greatly reduce crushing & breakage risks during transit, providing more stable packaging protection for your orders. Attached are real photos of our testing machine, you are welcome to check anytime.
